Do you ship to my country?

How much will postage cost?

All orders are sent using Royal Mail. Orders over £30 are free.

Orders under £30 are charged at the following rates:

UK -

Express: 1st Class - £1.45

Standard: 2nd Class - £1.05

Europe -

Standard Rate - £3.25*

Rest of World -

Standard Rate £4.20*

*this rate does not include any local taxes or import duties issued by the receiving country so please make sure you check these before ordering. 

 

How long will my order take?

We aim to send your order as soon as possible, usually between 2-3 working days. If you have a custom made order this can take longer, usually between 3-5 working days. If you need something to arrive for a certain date please let us know when ordering.

 

What if I am not happy with my order?

We work hard to ensure that your items reach you in perfect condition however if there is a problem please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help.

 

How do I keep my Jewellery in perfect condition?

It is a good idea to keep your jewellery away from water, perfumes, sprays and lotions as these can cause discoloration and tarnishing on beads and other components. 

You can wipe over your jewellery with a soft dry cloth to keep it shiny and looking its best but do not use any cleaning products. 

 

I would like to send jewellery as a gift to someone else is this possible?

We are happy to help with this, if you let us know the address you want this sent to we can do this and even include a handwritten gift note for you. All orders are beautifully wrapped so make perfect gifts.
